We know that God’s hand was with us during our entire adoption process. After being unable to conceive a second child we knew that adoption was what we were being called to do. We didn’t want to go through lengthy and expensive fertility treatments when so many children are in need of loving Christian homes.
Unfortunately, at first, we felt that adoption was cost prohibitive for us. Being a family with one income (Sarah is a stay-at-home mom) we didn’t have an extra $20,000-$30,000 to fund our adoption. Sacred Selections made our dream a reality.
We were informed about the birth of our son on the day he was born in December 2010. Although it took another 8 weeks of prayer, tears, stress and more prayers Josiah David joined our family in February 2011 making him Sacred Selections 35th baby. We are eternally grateful for all those people who donated and brought this precious soul into our arms.
